The theme of Mother Earth Meets Father Sky is based on the  Dine' or Navajo belief that the female spirit (Mother Earth) and the male spirit (Father Sky) must work together to acheive peace and harmony so that we may walk in beauty. It is the combination of 3 of my original acrylic paintings – White House Maiden, Where Water Meets the Sky & Ascension at Sunrise into a digital image.
